The Gala dinner was attended by leading partners from renowned real estate companies, financial institutions, banking, leading corporate and recognized authorities, contracting and design partners including esteemed members of media who have partnership with KM Properties.

Twenty four awards were handed out by Sanjeet Joher, group chief operating officer of KM Properties and appreciation awards were given to the top 5 performers.

Sanjeet Joher says “In recognition of the contribution made by our partners, this event is a step forward in building mutual relations where developers like KM Properties and our partners work hand in hand with government authorities. 2007 saw KM Properties accomplished several milestones in Dubai’s property industry when it became the first private developer to register with the Department of Economic when the new property Law Number 8 was introduced. It also became the first non-government real estate developer to register with Dubai Land Department in July last year. In October 2007, it publicly unveiled the Dh1.8 Billion mix-use development called Artisan Cluster within the Burj Dubai vicinity that got sold out successfully in just 3 weeks from launch.

The year also saw the company launched new properties, resale other new and existing projects that are constantly appreciating highly in the market. KM Properties also completed two major groundbreaking ceremonies for premier projects namely Park Lane Tower and the Artisan Cluster while forging strategic joint venture agreements with world-class partners like Terry Farrell and Partners of UK.
