For a fabulous relaxing evening join our traditional Arabian dhow for an evening's cruise on the Creek. Enjoy a sumptuous feast of Arabic and International cuisine while gently gliding past illuminated souks, banks and palaces.
For elegant dining and a unique sightseeing, join the "Al Minsaf" Panoramic Cruise. The restaurant deck is made entirely of glass and offers unobstructed views of the bustling life on the Creek of Dubai. The menu selection combines Eastern and Western specialties, freshly prepared by the Chef on board. Enjoy live music entertainment whilst dining in this enchanting atmosphere. Cruise the entire length of the Creek and indulge in optimal guest comfort.
Take a picturesque 30 minutes flight over new Dubai and enjoy a breath-taking collection of sights as they unfold below you. After flying over the impressive Dubai Marina development, you will get a bird's eye view of the world famous Palm Jumeirah, followed by the fabulous luxury hotel Burj Al Arab. You will fly inland to Downtown Dubai and Burj Dubai, destined to be the world's tallest building, followed by a sweeping arc out to 'The World', 300 man-made islands in the shape of a world map, before heading back to the docking station.
Enjoy a boat ride towards Palm Jumeirah, a fully reclaimed palm tree-shaped island built off the coast of Dubai's famed Jumeirah beach. This, now iconic development has added 120 km of sandy beaches to Dubai's coastline. Self-declared 8th wonder of the world, its body mass is visible from outer space. En route you also enjoy a wonderful coastal view of the renowned Burj al Arab. Light refreshments are available onboard. To conclude this tour you will drive onto Palm Jumeirah island for photo-stops by the awe inspiring Atlantis, The Palm, another of Dubai's landmarks and the first luxury hotel on Palm Jumeirah.
NOTES FOR THE TOURS
VEHICLES
Buses used for the excursions are of highest standard available. All the buses are air-conditioned and equipped with a microphone.
4WD vehicles used for the off-road safaris are air-conditioned with a maximum capacity of 6 passengers plus driver. Drivers are all qualified off-road professionals, first-aid trained and they carry mobile phones. All vehicles are equipped with seat-belts and passengers are requested to wear seat-belts at all times.
TOUR GUIDES AND OFF-ROAD PROFESSIONALS
All sightseeing tours are conducted by well trained, experienced multilingual guides. We are the first tour operator in the Gulf to initiate a Tour Guide Training Seminar to improve the standard of our tour guides.
REFRESHMENTS
Bottled mineral water and soft drinks are provided on board each 4WD vehicle. Meals are inclusive on all our safaris (except The Adventurer – no meals). Our sightseeing tours do not include meals and water/soft drinks (except Sinbad's Journey, Stable Tour, Mystic Musandam and Creek Magic).
SAFARIS
Our safaris involve off-road driving through sand dunes as well as off-road tracks in mountain areas. As the drive can be rough in certain given rugged areas we are unable to accept any pregnant women, persons with back or neck problems and/or children below 4 years of age.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Seats are not pre-allocated and therefore arranged on a first come first served basis
DRESS CODE
Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised, and photo-chromatic lenses for those who wear spectacles. Hats or some protection for the head are advisable when in direct sunlight. The United Arab Emirates has conservative dress traditions.
Swimwear should be confined to the beach and hotel pools. Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in souks, shops and villages.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Normal tourist photography is acceptable, but it is considered offensive to photograph Arab women. It is also courteous to ask permission before photographing men. Photographs of government buildings, police or military installations are not allowed.
